Beginning November 2015 EBSCO will begin the transition of all EBSCO eBooks customers to OCLC’s Collection Manager platform for the retrieval of MARC records. The following resources are designed to help customers with this transition.
When can I start using OCLC’s Collection Manager?
For all customers currently receiving MARC records from OCLC, OCLC will send an email to your institution’s MARC record contact with instructions and resources to help you get started. In order to start successfully receiving MARC records through this new system, customers should follow the steps in OCLC’s QuickStart Guide.

How long do I have to make the transition?
We request that you transition as soon as possible after you are notified by OCLC that your account is available. We believe the Collection Manager experience will be a positive enhancement to your eBook subscriptions and purchases and encourage you to take advantage of it as soon as possible. EBSCO and OCLC are working together to ensure all customers are transitioned before discontinuing the legacy delivery service in March 2016.
