Support - EBSCO Help

EBSCOhost databases are the most-used, premium online information resources for tens of thousands of institutions worldwide, representing millions of end-users. EBSCOhost’s comprehensive databases, range from general reference collections to specially designed, subject-specific databases for public, academic, medical, corporate and school libraries. EBSCO provides a single  API for these databases that enables customers to seamlessly embed EBSCOhost content into their applications.

This web service, known as the EBSCOhost API, consists of various methods that deliver XML-formatted data to the caller who can then format and use the data as desired. Customers can call the EBSCOhost API from a wide variety of applications using either the HTTP/SOAP or HTTP/REST protocols.

This attached document provides an overview of the EBSCOhost API including development, architecture, demos and support information.
