How do I disable Google Drive saving in EBSCOadmin?

The Google Drive save tool is enabled by default on select interfaces such as EBSCOhost, EBSCO Discovery Service, and Explora. Google Drive can be disabled by administrators within EBSCOadmin to prevent it from appearing for Detailed Records, HTML Full Text, and PDF Full Text.

To disable the Google Drive tool:

  1. Log in to EBSCOadmin at  

  2. Click the Customize Services Tab and select the appropriate Group and Profile from the drop-down lists.

  3. Click the Delivery Options Sub-Tab.

  4. Set the radio button for the Enable Google Drive parameter to No.
