Why am I not able to receive emails from EBSCO?

If you are unable to receive emails from EBSCO's case management system NetSuite CRM or EBSCOadmin, you may need to allow the following domains to your institution's spam filter whitelist:

NetSuite

  • *.netsuite.com
  • nmail2.netsuite.com
  • nmail3.netsuite.com

EBSCO system emails (EBSCOadmin, EBSCOhost, etc.)

  • *.epnet.com
  • *.ebsco.com
