Technical Support can assist you by setting up a suppression filter for your EDS Custom Catalog database that will ignore records based on the set of criteria that you provide. If the MARC record meets the criteria as defined in the record filter, then that record will not be loaded into your EDS Catalog.
Please note that if the record is ignored by the suppression filter, any deletion markers in the record will also be ignored. Suppressed records can be sent in either Full updates (in the FULL folder on the FTP site) or Incremental updates (in the UPDATE folder on the FTP site).
