What is a subscriber code and where can I find it?

The subscriber code is a two-character code assigned by EBSCO that represents the address(es) at which your subscriptions are received. It may be two alphabetic characters, two numeric characters, or a combination. An account may have more than one subscriber code. The subscriber code can be located on the top right of any EBSCO invoices or renewal lists. You can also find a list of all subscriber codes for your account in the Reports section of EBSCONET.

The subscriber code is indicated in the Location information section at the upper-right of every page. Select another subscriber/location by clicking the Select Another Location link. To set the newly selected subscriber (and account suffix) as your default, click Set as Default.
