Why do I receive an error message when I attempt to access my library's eBooks on the EBSCO eBooks app?

**Please note: The EBSCO eBooks app is being retired and will no longer work after May 25th, 2018. EBSCO eBooks can still be downloaded and read on your mobile device using a compatible eBooks reader app. For more info, please see: How can I download and read eBooks on my mobile device?

If your library's EBSCO eBooks subscription has expired, but your administrator has not updated the settings for the eBooks app, the institution's name will still appear in the app and you will receive an error message when selecting it.
