Why do I receive "No tokens available for download" when downloading eBooks to an Android device using Bluefire reader app?

The error "No tokens available for download" is being triggered by your institution's Proxy while rewriting the links for eBooks. This prevents the Bluefire Reader from getting the information it needs to download your eBook.

To fix this issue, please contact your institution's IT department and ask them to add the following line to the proxy server config.txt file:

NeverProxy rps2images.ebscohost.com

This is where EBSCO's eBook information is held, and this line should tell the Proxy to never rewrite the links to this server.
