The Overview page is a comprehensive summary of your account, including managed and custom resources.
On This Page:
|Titles||The total number of titles in your holdings.|
|Custom Titles||The number of custom titles in your holdings. The administrator is responsible for the maintenance of custom titles (including the URL, if one is assigned).|
|Managed Titles||The number of titles in your holdings managed by EBSCO.|
|Packages||The total number of packages in your holdings.|
|Custom Packages||The number of custom packages in your holdings. The administrator is responsible for the maintenance of custom packages.|
|Managed Packages||The number of packages in your holdings managed by EBSCO.|
|Vendors||The number of vendors from which your holdings includes titles and packages.|
From the Quick Actions menu, you can:
Create Custom Resource - Add titles that are part of your collection but could not find in Holdings Management.
Create Custom Package - Add packages that are part of your collection but could not find in Holdings Management.
- Manage Your Links - Add, edit, or assign Links. The links managed in Holdings Management will provide access for users when they are searching within Publication Finder or interacting with your link resolver menu.
Manage Your Notes - Add, edit, or assign Notes. Notes are a valuable tool for providing additional information to your users about your holdings. Notes are assigned to specific Titles, Packages, Vendors, or at the Root level for all items in your collection.
Upload Your Holdings - Upload titles that are part of your collection but you could not find in Holdings Management. You can also use the Upload feature to modify titles already in your collection.
Download Your Holdings - Download your collection to add or delete custom title information in the downloaded list, then upload your list for easy updates.
- Full Text Finder Reports - Analyze specific usage statistics that highlight how your end users are using Publication Finder and your resources with the Publication Finder Report.
Root Proxy Setting - Give users access to various sources by prepending, appending, or embedding your proxy URL into your EBSCO resource links.
Holdings Upload/Download Status
The five most recent uploaded or downloaded files are available for reference or for uploading/downloading again. To view all uploaded or downloaded files select the More Downloads or More Uploads link.
