Reading EBSCO eBooks in Explora

Explora users have a number of options for reading EBSCO eBook content in our online viewer.

  • Read pages, chapters or the entire book in our mobile-responsive online viewer using a computer, tablet, or mobile phone
  • Copy and paste important passages into another document
  • Save pages or chapters in PDF format to read later using our Chapter Download or Save, Email, or Print Pages tools
  • Export pages or chapters in PDF format to read later using our Google Drive tool

Users in Explora also have the option to download the full eBook, but reader programs which are compatible with Adobe DRM (which our publishers require) must be activated with an Adobe ID. The process to create an Adobe ID is not COPPA compliant, so if offline download of the full eBook is critical, teachers, librarians or parents can create an Adobe ID on behalf of a student to ensure their privacy is protected.
