How can I reactivate a PDA that has been suspended?

If the funds in your PDA have run out in EBSCOhost Collection Manager, your PDA is suspended and eBook titles become unavailable to patrons until more deposit money has been added.

First, add more deposit money to your PDA:

  1. Access your Suspended PDAs from the PDAs drop-down menu at the top of the screen.

  2. Click the ADD MORE $ button for the PDA which you would like to reactivate.

  3. Enter the amount you would like to add in the New Deposit field and click Add to Cart.

  4. Indicate that you have read and agree to the Order Terms and agree to pay for your eContent order by checking the box.

  5. Click Finalize Order to complete your purchase.

    After completing your purchase, EBSCO will send you an invoice for the deposit amount.

Next, contact EBSCO at ebookorders@ebsco.com to request the PDA be reactivated.
