How can I reactivate a DDA that has been suspended?

If the funds in your DDA have run out in EBSCOhost Collection Manager, your DDA is suspended and eBook titles become unavailable to patrons until more deposit money has been added.

First, add more deposit money to your DDA:

  1. Access your Suspended DDAs from the DDAs drop-down menu at the top of the screen.

  2. Click the ADD MORE $ button for the DDA which you would like to reactivate.

  3. Enter the amount you would like to add in the New Deposit field and click Add to Cart.

  4. Indicate that you have read and agree to the Order Terms and agree to pay for your eContent order by checking the box.

  5. Click Finalize Order to complete your purchase.

    After completing your purchase, EBSCO will send you an invoice for the deposit amount.

Next, contact EBSCO at ebookorders@ebsco.com to request the DDA be reactivated.
