Subscriptions that utilize Personal User Authentication require that each Personal User account be entered in EBSCOadmin. To make the upload process easier, please use the attached excel file to submit your named users to our Technical Support team (email@example.com). Once our Technical Support team has uploaded this file, each named user will then be sent their individual login values.
This excel spreadsheet contains two worksheets. The first worksheet contains the information fields necessary to set up your user accounts. The second worksheet features instructions to further assist you in creating the upload file to be sent to Technical Support.
Please note: When using the attached excel file, the Group ID and Profile ID fields are optional. If they are left blank, the Personal User accounts will be created in the EBSCOhost (ehost) profile of the Main user group.
