How can I gather statistics on the browsers and mobile devices being used to access EBSCO interfaces?

The Browser and Device report from EBSCOadmin allows administrators to gather usage data based on the specific web browsers or mobile devices being used to access EBSCO products.

Note: At this time, usage statistics for the desktop version of the Chrome browser do not appear on the Browser and Device report. However, these numbers are being captured and can be obtained by contacting Technical Support at support@ebsco.com. Searches and sessions in EBSCO interfaces done in Chrome are logged in the appropriate reports.

To generate a Browser and Device report:

  1. Log in to EBSCOadmin at http://eadmin.ebscohost.com/.

  2. Select the Standard Reports Tab.
