Does EBSCO offer paperless billing?
EBSCO encourages paperless billing and sets up accounts to receive invoices and statements via email. We can deliver your invoices and statements to multiple email addresses.

When is my invoice due for payment?
EBSCO Payment Terms are net due upon receipt of invoice. Please review your invoices immediately upon receipt and pay your invoices without delay once received. EBSCO assesses finance charges of 1% per 30 days on unpaid balances.
Where and how should I pay my EBSCO invoice?
EBSCO welcomes payment via Electronic Funds Transfer, ACH (U.S), and check. Check payment address and bank transfer information are provided on your EBSCO invoice. If you require assistance with payment, please contact your Accounts Receivable Representative or the AR department at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-633-4604.
I need to set up a vendor record for EBSCO in my supply chain/accounts payable system.
If a W-9 is required, you can download a copy of EBSCO’s W-9 at https://www.ebsco.com/company/w9-information. If action is required on EBSCO’s part to complete the setup process – such as completion of a form or a vendor profile online, contact your assigned Accounts Receivable Representative or the Accounts Receivable department at email@example.com or 800-633-4604 for assistance with the vendor setup process.
I received a statement. I am not sure why I received it or what it means.
EBSCO sends a monthly statement of open items on your account. If you have open invoices or credits, you will receive a statement. This is a way for EBSCO to keep you informed of credits and invoices you may have overlooked. You may wish to use this to keep track of EBSCO credits and invoices in your accounts payable system. Please keep in mind that you must process payment for invoices even if your account is in a credit balance situation. You may wish to advise your Accounts Receivable Representative to pay your invoices with your credit. We are happy to do this for you upon request. If you would like assistance with your statement, contact your assigned Accounts Receivable Representative (phone and email in the top right corner of your statement) or contact Accounts Receivable at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-633-4604.
I received an invoice for a product or service I wish to cancel.
Please refer to EBSCO’s cancelation policy (link here). If you wish to cancel after an order has been placed, please notify your EBSCO Accounts Receivable Representative and Customer Service Representative. Please pay your invoice in full. Your account will be credited once EBSCO receives credit from the publisher for the cancelation.
I received an invoice for a product or service I did not order.
It is important to review all invoices immediately upon receipt. Please notify your Accounts Receivable and Customer Service Representatives right away should you find an item you did not authorize on your invoice. In the event that EBSCO made an error in ordering on your behalf, we will make it right immediately. Please contact us without delay.
I need a copy of an invoice or statement.
Invoice and statement copies are available in EBSCONET in the Orders/Financial Information section. You may also review payment status of your EBSCO invoices here.
I need a copy of a credit.
Contact your Accounts Receivable Representative or the Accounts Receivable department at email@example.com or 800-633-4604 for copies of credits. We are working to make credits available in EBSCONET. At this time, you must contact AR to request a copy of a credit.
I received an invoice for finance charges due.
EBSCO invoices are due upon receipt of invoice. EBSCO assesses finance charges of 1 percent per 30 days beginning on the 60th day an invoice is outstanding. For example, an invoice issued June 1, 2014 would begin to accrue finance charges if not paid by July 29, 2015.
