How do I create an EBSCOhost search box with a date range option?

Using the HTML code below, you can embed an EBSCOhost search box in your website that allows users to limit results by a specific date rage.

Simply copy the code into your website and add the short name codes for the databases you would like to be searched. Add database codes separated by a comma, as seen in the line of code below:

<input type="hidden" name="db" value="aph,buh">
