What is the EBSCO Missing Copy Bank?

The EBSCO Missing Copy Bank is a depository of approximately 48,000 issues covering 2,000 different titles and is a free service provided to EBSCO customers to help locate back issues no longer available from the publisher. EBSCO maintains a rolling inventory of back issues of publications, which are used to fill customer claims for missing issues when the requested issues are unavailable or out of stock from publishers.
