I received an error code when I tried to log in to EBSCOhost. What do these error messages mean?

When you encounter an error situation, EBSCOhost will present an error message that describes the issue.

In cases where you are directed to enter institutional login values, this refers to login values that are given out by your institution that are not Personal User Account login values. These could be User ID and Password, Library Barcode (CPID), Patron ID, etc.

Note: Students/Patrons - Please see your library administrator for assistance.
